Privacy
Short version: we keep what we need to print your job and deliver it, we never see your card, and we do not sell anything about you.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, what you ordered, the artwork files you send and the messages you write to us.
We also count page visits to see which products people look at. That count does not identify you by name.
We never see your card
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us. It never touches our servers and we cannot see or store it.
What we see is the last four digits, the card brand and whether the charge went through. The rest is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
Why we keep it
To produce the job, ship it, invoice it and answer your questions. We keep your order and artwork history so a reorder takes one email instead of ten.
Who else sees it
- Our production partners, who receive your artwork and the shipping label information needed to make and send your order
- Carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS, for delivery
- Stripe, for payment
- Our email provider, to send order messages
That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask for it.
Your artwork
Your files stay yours. We store them so you can reorder without sending them again.
We do not publish your work as a sample or a portfolio piece without your written approval. Ask us to delete your files and we delete them.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally four years in California. Artwork stays until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
If you live in California, you have those rights under state law. Asking costs nothing and changes nothing about the service you get from us.
Cookies
We use a session cookie for your cart and your language choice. No advertising cookies, no cross site trackers.
Security
Data travels encrypted and access is limited to the people who need it to run an order. No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with the date. If a change affects an order already in progress, we email you.
